Marina

There are 52 docks in the park.  The Association owns 15 docks that are rented to shareholders. Boat size is restricted to 26 feet or smaller.  The dock fees are $400 annually, but will increase to $500 in January 2009.  This covers maintenance, water, and electrical power for most of the docks.

The Marina and Storage Committee, chaired by Ed Bedore (Board member) consists of Mike Ross, Bill Hilliard, and Ron Jeffries.

The public fish cleaning station that was replaced within the last few years, serves as a public pier in the park overlooking our peaceful Pirate’s Cove.

The 35 spaces in the storage area are reserved for shareholders who are residents for a minimum of 90 days.  The storage lot is free.

The public fish cleaning station allows you to filet your catch and discard waste before you even bring them home.

Catch of the Day

Many of the guys feel that the dock area is their  most favorite place to be. They help their neighbors when help is needed... giving a tow, or putting in a boat.
